This workshop is 4 hours of mastering the science and application of Stretching and Flexibility.  You’ll not only learn the science behind Dynamic, Static, and PNF stretching techniques, you’ll be spending the majority of your time doing it!  This hands-on approach to learning effective stretching techniques is why participants will leave this workshop with a high level of confidence in their ability to implement safe and effective stretching protocols.
